To loose weight change food habites Avoid to oil end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites over eating. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad take fiber foods. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take ?eva slim tea boiled for few minuties in morning 3o minuties before lunch end dinner (1/2 spoon in a 1 1/2 cup of water boiled turn into one cup filter than take it) one pack than consult me for further treatment.
