Due to constant study for board exams my belly fat came out, now I have started some exercise and running but its not going. Please tell me about eatables to eat for vanishing it.

Hello, Drink lots, of water and remember hurt like you didn't get fat in one, day how can you get rid off of belly fat in a days time? Eat lots, of green vegetables, while gardens, pulses, legumes in the diet. Doing core exercises will also help.
