Hello doctor .i am 27 years .my height is 5'3 n weight Is 63 .Want to reduce my weight. Even I am not eating completely I am putting on weight. On my friends advice I stopped eating nights n drinking juices. I am pure vegetarian .help me for weight loss..

hello mam , take high fiber diet. do brisk walk and cycling daily. take luke warm water with apple cider vinegar with honey empty stomach early mor. avoid potatoes, juices, rice, fried food , oily food, junk food,sugars, sweet , cold drink , shakes. include veg. soup, veg. juice, veg. sandwich , luke warm water before and after meals, coconut water with lemon ,. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially .
