I am 22. I have a problem which my foreskin of my penis is not comes down fully it just stops at the end of head. Despite I can move my foreskin freely up and down. But when I try to lower the foreskin further from the head of my penis, its start to pain and gets fully tighten. Kindly help me & give some suggestions what should I do?
