Hi Lybrate user yes. Early morning palpitation may be a feature of chronic ob structive sleep apnea. That may be due to chronic nasal blockage. Due to sinusitis, or deviated nasal septum or nasal polyp may be the cause. Is there snoring during your sleep? If yes. Then go for x ray nose and paranasal sinuses. That may diagnose deviated nasal septum or polyp or sinusitis. If palpitation associated with reeling of head and/or chest pain. Then go for 24 hour holter monitoring.
