Hello I would suggest you to go to a nearby dentist and get your teeth professionally clean known as scaling and polishing. After which do remember to ask you dentist about correct brushing technique (and do follow it). After scaling do remember to; 1. Floss daily (cleaning between teeth) 2. Clean your tongue daily 3. Decrease intake of sweets and candies and carbonated drinks and increase intake of water. 4. Remember to gargle with plain water after every meal. 5. Do remember to change your tooth brush every 3 months. Kindly follow the advice and put an end to your sufferings.
