Hi Sir/Madam from last one year onwards I am suffering from bad breath coming from throat I have tried so many possibilities like chewing mint and lemon even with chewing gum also none of worked for me due to this bad breath from throat I am unable to talk with any one. Please provide me a solution.

Hi halitosis or bad breath is common but usually easy to treat. Regular cleaning of tooth gums inside of cheeks tongue is needed. Do deworming quarterly Get your bowel corrected and regular mouth wash helps.

Hello Lybrate user, first you should go for scaling n polishing. Use mouthwash twice daily. Use interdental brushes n dental floss to clean the interdental areas. Drink plenty of water. Rinse with warm saline water. If you are feeling something related to throat specifically then consult with ENT specialist.

Please Check your teeth for caries Do gargle with salt and water regularly Apply mustard oil and salt on gums Twice a day Re Consult after 7 days.
