I can't sleep at night. But I feel sleepiness. I touch at 11 PM at home. Some days I take a dinner. But someday I feel no hunger. I can I hard work or any exorcise .I am pure vegetarian. And I take light calories dishes I wake up 10 am in morning then I take heavy breakfast. Then in afternoon I lunch at 4.30 PM. After lunch I take bed rest 1 hour last month ichech my blood pressure. Last month my blood pressure Was 139.

Your improper daily routine is the culprit behind your lack of sleep. Your eating and sleep wake up pattern is not correct. You should first maintain your sleep-wake timings. You should sleep at appropriate time and get up early in the morning. You can have a lavish breakfast which should be full of nutritions but should not be heavy like fatty, oily, fried food. Your lunch should be around 1 pm-2 pm. You can have small meals.in between. Its very necessary to maintain your blood pressure. Exercise daily.
