Early I used to masturbate. I left it since 2 months ago. Now I suffered weekly nightfall. And sperm come after urine. Somebody suggest me to do kegel. But I read on internet. That we should don't exercise kegel without the recommendation of doctor. Kegel may loose the nerve. please suggest me.
