I am 21 years old and I am not able to gain weight no matter how much I used to have food in the whole day and it has been from very long time and my weight is constant from the last three years and any thing does not work at all. Now what should I do now to gain a volume in mass and in my weight too?

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.
