I am 30 years old, My working environment is in system for 10 hours and a travelling of 3 hours (Both to & Fro), For the past 4 months I have neck pain exactly in the joining portion of neck and occipital region, if I watch system in sitting position or other position I feel the pain and some times during sleep an mild electric shock travelling from neck to head, key pain area is left side, please support.
