Hello Kamal! You have to take balanced diet. In every meal include a Katori of Daal, One katori vegetable, one katori Dahi and one katori salad. Choose food items which are easily digestible as in pregnancy constipation, gas and acidity are a common problem. Increase intake of Milk, Kassi nd other healthy liquids.
You can take Imli there is no harm in that.
