Firstly remove, white flour, fried foods, packed and bakery food, white sugar from your diet. Take soaked sunflower seeds/ walnuts, fresh fruits, salads, fresh soups in your regular diet. Don't skip meal, take 3 meals with 2 mid meal snacks per day. Do 20 minutes Tummy massage in circular motion and gradually increase the circle size. Use sesame oil + liquid magnesium for massage. After massage take 1 cup Chamomile herbal tea. Replace your tea or other beverages with Chamomile Herbal tea. To improve eyesight, walk 20 minutes, barefoot over grass in early morning. In breakfast, 1 cup barley daily (don't add salt/ sugar) cooked in water. Add 150 ml milk and consume.
