I have excess fat in my hips, thighs and arms. I was 76 kgs two years ago and came down to 68 now. I could somehow loose weight but am not able to loose weight in arms, thighs and hips which is making my structure look awkward. My friend is suggesting me to go for liposuction or slimming treatments which are available in clinics outside. Can you suggest me if they are permanent and is healthy to go with these treatments?
