Hi I am a forty year male. I have a health lifestyle, I eat home cooked food I don't eat out, I workout 4 to 5 times a week with high intensity, I had 33 percent body fat before I started dieting, I cut my diet by a few hundred calories, now I am with 20 percent body fat without losing my strength or muscle size. But of late I am experiencing dizziness. Please advice what could be wrong, what I can do to correct it.
