I'm a 21 years old female. I have reduced 10.6 kilos. But still not finding any changes in my body. It is so CONFUSING. How come the numbers drop on scale and the body is not reducing its shape?

Ho lybrate-user. Our body has two types of fat. One is subcutaneous (below skin) fat, which is responsible for body shape. Other one is visceral fat (Inside body, around organs), which is not visible. So, if you loose some weight, that may suggest visceral fat loss. So, you can't see physical changes.
