I am getting this wet dreams daily from past a week and I lost lot of sperm and I am so weak can't even do any exercise nor anything and today I opened my penis inside its kinda hurting on the tip wht to do from this it's causing wet dreams I think I done prply BT it's paining a little bit I wanna get rid of dreams and I wanna be like normal guy like first strong and fit.
