take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise, avoid overeating,sleeping immediately after taking food,oily,spicy,fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work,avoid excessive seating for long duration,avoid junk food. best luck
