I am man 29 years old frequently I will get pimples for this reason I stopped taking sweets, oil also. I will do trimming instead of shaving every two weeks once to be safe from pimples. Once I get pimples by the time it get cleared new pimples will grow in a weeks. I don't know how to handle it. Weekly thrice I will do head bath to avoid dandruff which may cause pimples. Please help me what to do?

u r having pitta dushti due to whoich u r having pimples problem.i advise u to take liquid purodil and apply cream puroderm
