Sleep disorders, when I am going for sleep it takes me about 2 3 hours to enjoin sleep, y is it happening?

Avoid caffeniated drink, tea,coffee, pepsy,thubs up.(cold drinks, choclates,brwney. Disconnect from electronic device atleast one hour before sleep. Do not glue to tv, laptops,androids late night. Have one glass of warm milk one hour before sleep. Walking, excercise sports activities, meditation ,yoga can help youconsult sos.
