I have too much negative thoughts in morning to evening. Mostly fear anything wrong happen in my life. And I am do every thing two or more time like wearing clothes more times. Wash hand many time. specially any new activity start. I have try to out of this type thoughts. But I am not success last 6 years. I am take escitalopram and clonazepam drugs 5 months but. Not help to me.
