Take Fresh fseasonal fruits, Fresh fruit juices, Vegetable juices just 1/2 hour prior your workout. They are rich in carbohyrates,vitamin and minerals .Thus will give you instant energy for workout. Should also carry Glucose water , if you are working out for more then 1/2 an hour. It will maintain your energy level. So that you can accomplish your workout session with good intensity. After 1/2 an hour you should have Protein rich food. It's good to have natural sources. Can take, Badam milk, Sprouts, Fistful of soaked seeds/ nuts, Boiled/ Porched eggs, Soya milk .
