Last week, I started having palpitation problem along with the feeling of sadness. M Earlier I was being told that I am going through a perimenopause as I am having irregular periods since last two years. Last week I got my periods after four months. I got my ECG and CT scan of the brain which were normal. I don't know what am I supposed to do now. My cardiovascular suggested to see the gym. Pls help.

The Palpitations and frequent mood changes is common during the menopause. Exercise will extend the date if menopause and take sun bath regularly or have walk in early morning walk in sun. Have healthy foods and good sleep. Take care
