To loss weight you need to strictly follow a diet regieme and exercise plan. Cut down food which are high in calories like processed food, sweetened beverages, white bread, pasta, cheese etc and stick to green leafy vegetables like spinach, peas, beans, fresh fruit juices .exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min daily. And eventually turning to some heavy exercise. You can also try for zumba.
