My sgpt abd sgot levels are 47. 3 and 46 bilirubin 1.8 cholesterol 244 I do not drink eat good diet and exercise also why then my reports ahow high levels my hepatitis tests are normal. How can I bring down these levels.

The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is from 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood). The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is from 7 to 56 units per liter of serum. To reduce levels :- Get more vitamin D Avoid foods high in fat. Avoid foods high in salt or sodium Get daily exercise and consult a doctor near to you for a proper treatment .
