Taking healthy food in night around 8.30 is good or bad and I will get the benefits of the food, if not what I should take pls tell.

You should always eat healthy food whether its day or night. 8.30 is ok but go to sleep atleast 2 hrs after taking your dinner. Eat light n healthy food at night. Thx.

It's healthy. The intention behind having the dinner early is to give sufficient time for the food to digest. One should not sleep immediately after consuming food as it can cause regurgitation and indigestion. You can also walk a little after dinner so that digestion gets better. Eat healthy food all the times. Do not overeat or have heavy meals at dinner.
