Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel hungry try to be active as much as possible - set a proper routine, do exercise in the morning like walking, jogging, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning - climb stairs at your workplace if there, take a walk for 5-10 min after lunch - evening play a game or do walking - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & lean fats - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do investigations, blood hb%, sugar, thyroid hormone profile.
