I am taking one boiled egg with a cup of milk in my breakfast daily so as to heal the lateral malleolus fracture quickly. Also eat yogurt everyday in addition with lunch. Is this much of diet is helpful for intake of calcium? Tell me some more about food, fruits and nuts which can contribute in effective healing of my bone fracture.

Apart from having curd and eggs , you can have green leafy vegetables, broccoli, spinach, cheese, vit. C rich fruits, bell peppers, strawberries, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds. Restrict your intake of sugar, colas, salt, caffein, refined grains, alcohol.Have omega 3 fats.
