I am 33 year old and a working professional. At times I feel low on energy. I can't eat fruits as I have a sugar. So needed you suggestion on should I start a natural supplements? If yes, what should be my preference to bring energy in my life? If not, what should add to my daily diet considering I am a sugar patient?

There are some fruits which a diabetic can also have --berries, peaches, apricot, apple, oranges, pear, pomegranate, papaya, watermelon,. Eat whole grains, fibre rich foods, avoid refined flours. Do brisk walking for 40 min. daily and also do pranayam.

Whats the level of sugar in past 6 months fast, pp both. Are you on medicine. Pl answer by connectsing thru Lybrate. However start drinking cinnamon strain twice a day. Take cinnamon bark (prefer light colired). Put some in a glass of water for few hrs. Drink. Twice daily. Bark can be used so far as it sheds color.
