Hi karan According to me masturbation has no relation to hairfall. Also considering your age, you are just 18yrs and masturbatiing twice a week is even less than normal at that age. Hairfall has many other causes. So try taking better diet, concentrate more on rich protein diet with alot of vegetables and fruits.also you stay in Mumbai, which means alot of humidity, which means oily skin, so avoid using oil on your scalp, as many people do not know that overoiling also causes hairloss...
