Firstly avoid eating oily food. Take food which are easily digestible and which contains more fiber and protein like chapati with wheat husk, whole grain products etc. Avoid sedentary work, exercise regularly for some time it includes walking yoga etc. Stay hydrated and maintain proper bowel habits. Take Chelidonium Q ( SBL) 7 to 8 drops in 1/4th cup of water daily twice before meal. Revert back after a week.
