My hubby 53 years old, has joined swimming as a learner. He has chosen timing 5.20 pm to 6 pm. As he goes to the gym in the morning. Now the problem is, after every 3-4 days of swimming, he catches severe cold and is forced to stop swimming and gym for 4-5 days. In this way he will never be able to learn. Is there any solution to this problem?
