This BP is high and even though it may not be causing any apparent symptoms at present, it is not good in long run. So please consult a cardiologist near you, to first find out the cause of high BP and then they can plan your treatment accordingly. Also avoid caffeine, smoking, drinking, high salty food like pickles, chutney, chips, papads etc and start exercising daily, gradually and increase to 40-45 mins everyday.
