Which variant of olive oil is good for heart? I am using extra virgin olive oil past 5 months but of no use instead my normal range triglycerides have gone to borderline high levels I use olive oil in making paratha and sabzi but my normal triglycerides have double. Pls advice.

Please note triglycerides are related to carbohydrates please minimize rice, potatoes, sugar and regular walking or exercise is gd and use of filtered oil and not refined oil is sufficient. Please keep changing and use various oils to get maximum results Best,

1. In one day you can take only 4 teaspoons of oil. 2. Whichever oil you use. But only 4 teaspoons. Please measure and use. 3. There is no 'Good for heart' oil. 4.
