Hi, you need not join gym for gaining weight. Increase your daily food intake, eat after every 2 hours. Have a healthy diet including cheese sandwiches, aloo parathas, paneer parathas, rice with rajma, chole, kala chana, all dals, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badam, pista sprouts, milkshakes, juices, fruits like banana, mango,chickoo, grapes.

Dear User, I would suggest you join gym and with that have lots of proteins, in vegetarian we have soyabean, rajma, all pulses good in protein, include milk in your diet regularly.
