What should be ideal normal TSH after Total thyroidectomy due to Papillary thyroid carcinoma and after RAI Therapy. I am using Eltroxin of 200 mcg. My recent TSH is 0.07 is it normal?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. After total thyroidectomy, when replacement therapy is given, TSH should be maintained as in the normal person around 3 to 4 mU/L. A value of 0.07 mU/L is a bit low. It means dosage of thyroxine is marginally high. If there are no related symptoms due to this, then you may not reduce the dosage. But do check TSH once in 6 months or so. Because if the value goes further low, there may symptoms due to excess thyroxine. Thanks.
