I am 25 years old and 2 weeks back I fell from stairs (slipped from 4-5 steps). I did X-Ray and I found out in my report that there is a thin crack between L5 and S1 bone. I took 10 days medication but still not that relief. Yesterday, I went to orthopedist then he said to do MRI, since pain should be reduced till date. He also said, maybe some vein might have got pressed. Please suggest me that how should I proceed further with the Diagnosis.

You might be having Spondylosysis which mimicks a crack. If you have no pain now either you may wait till you have pain, or do MRI and confirm the diagnosis.
