During periods, is breast tenderness normal? or should I need to consult with gyneochologist?

You can have breast tenderness in the week leading to periods. It should subside once periods starts ; is bilateral and cyclical. Should not be associated with any lump or discharge. You can still see a gynaecologist if it is bothering you as there are medicines available that might provide relief.
