Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. What do you mean by "good for diabetes T2" All the things mentioned are fruits and some of them are very sweet. Particularly mango, pineapple, jack fruit. Even tender coconut has good deal of sugar. Fruits are recommended for a diabetic person, but those should be taken only about 100 g a day that too when blood glucose is in good control. Plus fruits like mango, grapes, chikkoo and banana are to be restricted. Only a small piece may be taken and about 8 grapes. Even jack fruit is also very sweet. So one can take a piece or two. Other fruits are good but again not to exceed 100 g a day. Thanks.

All of them belong to sweet fruit category. and have free sugar . If all your parameters of sugar level are normal you may have any one of them above except Mango and Jackfruit in small quantity when you are on relatively empty stomach like at 11 AM and 5 PM under supervision of your treating doctor. Not with principal meal. However apple or orange are preferred.
