I am taking tablets for hypothyroid for last 2 months .I found that my body weight is reduced and feeling lean. I feel I don't have stamina. Is my thought is right? Before my weight was 89 kg. Then I went to gym and die-hard exercises for almost 2 months .my body weight reduced to 82 kgs after 2 months. Then I was diagnose with hypothyroid .so started taking tablets. My body is therefore in above condition.

In hypothyroidism , a person tends to gain weight. You lost your weight due to extensive exercise regime. You also feel depressed, fatigued in hypothyroid. Don't just stop your exercises. Eat healthy and do some yoga , specially pranayam and kapalbhatti.

Hi Thanks for the query. Looking at your height and weight with a BMI of 33.33 kgs/M2 (Normal BMI <23 kgs/M2), you have grade 1 obesity. Your ideal body weight should be 55 kgs. You are having an excess of 25 kgs. That it self can be the cause for feeling weak or no stamina. Hypothyroidism leads to increased weight. When on treatment TSH should be between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only your efforts to reduce weight are successful. I suggest please look at TSH level, and try and keep it as mentioned above.
