Hello doctor my child weight is 50 kg in 7 years old. Can you suggiest mai any diet plan taki uska weight reduce ho. Abhi wo morning mai 1glass milk school mai lunch and school sai aane k bad mango and banana and evening mai glass milk and rat mai dinner karta hai. please aap koi aisa diet plan bataye and khana bhi aisa jisko wo kha sake .and yadi kisi replacement ki required hai to please suggest me. Doctor wo abhi kid hai mai hardly har cheej us sai follow nahi karva sakti but aap please aisa diet plzn bataye jis sai uska weight or increase na ho plz.

There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only.
