Hello, Manage your timings, get into the habit of doing things at the same time everyday. Exercise daily. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Refrain from alcohol, junkie diet and smoking. Destress yourself. Prefer homecooked meals with lots of fruits and vegetables in the daily diet.
