I am always stressed due to various reasons due to problems within family with friends. I always feel like they are cheating me and I am always suspicious and solicit reasons and if they answer and if I don't find logic in it I counter question due to this habit people tend to leave away from me and then I am feeling depressed and feel no one loves me then I try to find love and again I am more depressed feel like committing suicide but don't have guts please help.

Hi lybrate-user, Your problem has lot to do with the way you "See" the world and the meaning you assign to your experiences .We call it perception and in your case it is more on negative side. You may have your resaons behind such a behaviour but if you really wish to help yourself start with 'questioning' your beliefs- Like why would they cheat on you and even if they do it raises a question on their reliability not yours. Secondly I suggest that you should focus on strengths for that you may remind yourself of positive past experiences when you excelled. (There must be many, you just have to acknowledge them). For now, last is start loving yourself, pamper yourself, give your brain positive stories about you and then see how your 'world view' will change. Cheers!
