hello sir . do stretching exercise alternates days.have small and frequent meals.take milk nd milk products.take protein diet. don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.take plenty of fruits.take plenty of fluids.take lemon water,coconut water,aloe Vera juice,amla,dates,khajur,roasted channa, dry fruits.
