Hello I am Dheeraj I am trying to lose weight but not able to like I had reduced from 114 to 98 but after that I am not able to continue I was having wheezing they had given steroids to control my wheezing it went wrong I guess since when I am trying to reduce weight it is not happening on my both legs are operated ACL reconstruction of happened I was like too much weight but I don't know what to do what doing 6 hours of workout I'm not able to reduce please help me a good diet plan or something related please help.

Your weight has stuck as you are following the same diet pattern. Change your diet pattern. Start your day with amla, alovera and wheat grass juice; 1 tsp of each mixed in 1 a cup of water every early morning. Go for some physical activity. Have 1 bowl veg oat upma in the breakfast, have fresh fruits and veg juices, follow normal meal in lunch with added veggies and salads but keep your dinner light. You can follow jasmine tea before going to bed .Drink plenty of water.
