Hi. I am 25 years old and I have 5.4 height. The thing is getting a fat more and more day by day. I have controlled my all food like less dinner and lunch but still I am getting it. So what will Be the reason and how I should overcome this problem. And I am avoiding all foods but still. And hair loss also.

Avoiding food is not a solution. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad take less food as you fill hungery. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you fast walking will reduce fast. After dinner go for walking slowly 1 km daily to stop weight gain. Ddr. Tare.
