Therefore, it has to be supplemented from outside. Then only your body will function normally. If not then you will have following symptoms: weight gain, slow heart rate, intolerance to cold, irregular menstruation, dry hair, dry skin, hair fall, anxiety, depression, swelling of feet and face, joint pains, muscle pains and dyslipidemia etc. It will also lead to infertility. Normal level of vit D is between between 20-50 ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates Vitamin D deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take Milk, cheese, egg yolk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3.
