lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If you hypothyroidism, then only option is to take Levothyroxine in adequate dose for lifetime. There is no other medicine in the world today for this condition. Homeopathy or ayurveda or any other alternate medicine has no drug. Hypothyroidism is a deficiency disease, where your thyroid is not producing required quantity of thyroxine. This hormone is needed daily for a variety of metabolic functions in the body like maintaining body temperature, regulating various other functions in the body. Therefore, it has to be supplemented from outside. Then only your body will function normally. If not then you will have following symptoms: weight gain, slow heart rate, intolerance to cold, irregular menstruation, dry hair, dry skin, hair fall, anxiety, depression, swelling of feet and face, joint pains, muscle pains and dyslipidemia etc. It will also lead to infertility. Therefore my advise is to take required medicine in proper dosage. If you have any doubts please come back. Please do not get influenced by falls information that homeopathy has medicine for this condition. Thanks.
