I am 26 year old, male, my leg & hip joint sounds, when I stretch, but there is no pain, what would be the solution,

If there is no pain while the joints sound, then there is nothing to worry. But you can do brisk walking for 30 minutes daily. Eat you food regularly. Have regular sleeping time and waking time. Do not stay awake during night and do not sleep in the day time.
