My head starts spinning moment I get up from the bed. I do not feel refreshed and my head spins throughout the day. I find it difficult to work and focus in my day to day activity and feel incompetent at work as I feel dizzy nauseous and drowsy.

Hi spinning of head in our terms is called vertigo .this vertigo you say is throughout the day ,also you feel dizzy now dizziness and spinning of head both have different causes and hence you need to get yourself evaluated completely by an ENT SPECIALIST and if required detailed investigations are to be done. Drowsiness can be due to antivertigo medications. Regards.
