I am 23 years old person. I have uric acid. My question is 'can I eat chicken and mutton?'

No, you should avoid the chicken and mutton all kind of animal protein even heavy pulses like rajma, chickpea, all beans. You should increase your water intake and you can take amla juice in early morning. Once your uric acid level will be normal then you can increase your protein intake gradually.
